Model Input Preparation

Prepare native model inputs with GreenFold MSAs.

Upload the input file you already use for AF3, Boltz, Protenix, OpenFold3, or AF2. GreenFold reads protein sequences, reverse-maps confident human matches to UniProt IDs, stages precomputed MSA files, and returns a ZIP with a rewritten input.

Force full-scan reverse lookup instead of the sequence index.

Chains below identity 0.9 are left without GreenFold MSA paths. The ZIP report explicitly tells the user to use the model's native MSA generation for those chains.

Non-protein entities are preserved in the rewritten input.
The ZIP includes the matching runner script package.
The ZIP includes RUN_COMMANDS.md with model-specific commands for the prepared input.
Use the report JSON to inspect selected UniProt IDs, scores, warnings, and fallback chains.
